SEMI-POSTAL ISSUES 1913-1940 Nos. B58-68 In 1918 and 1919 we find the same type of surcharge KOZTARSASAG, or MAGYAR NEMZETI KORMANY or BANAT BACSKA as were applied to the regular postal issues during that period.
