DESIGNER: Sandor Legrady
PURPOSE: In commemoration of the 500th anniversary of the birth of King Matthias at Kolozsvar, Transylvania.
PICTURE: The equestrian statue of King Matthias which stands in Kolozsvar.
HISTORY: Surtax was used for war relief.
Sheet inscriptions Interwoven in a wreath (at top) profile of King Matthias, bottom sketch of the castle at Hunyadi, (right) rare manuscript from his library, (left) Raven coat of arms.
