ISSUES OF THE REGENCY Nos. 466-467, 680 TYPE: A25, A29 Because of another change in rates in 1932 an additional surcharge (large "2") was placed over the 6 on 8 magenta, and later on in the year the old 70 scarlet was surcharged with a 10 and 3 short bars at either side.
